Our body shop process

  1. Damage diagnosis — full vehicle analysis, photos, transparent quote with breakdown of work and timing.
  2. Preparation and repair — body work, parts replacement, frame straightening, filling and sanding.
  3. Color matching — precise tone matching with professional spectrophotometer, to reproduce the paint identical to the original.
  4. Oven painting — dedicated booth, water-based paints, controlled drying.
  5. Final check and delivery — finish verification and delivery of the cleaned vehicle.

What we don’t do

  • Vinyl wrapping is not a standard service.
  • We don’t restore heavily damaged frames on classic vehicles (refer to specialist body shops).

Frequently asked questions about this service

Are water-based paints lower quality than traditional ones?

No. Modern water-based paints match the finish quality, durability and gloss of solvent-based paints. They have the advantage of being lower environmental impact and compliant with the latest European VOC emission regulations.

How long does a standard body repair take?

It depends on the damage. A small touch-up takes 1-2 days; a post-collision job with parts replacement may take 4-7 days. The initial quote includes a time estimate.

Do you work with insurance companies?

We handle the case directly with the client's insurance when needed, managing the technical and documentation side. We don't have preferential agreements with specific insurers — we work with all.
