Alfa Romeo

Alfa Romeo is the sporty Italian brand of the Stellantis group, and for many Milan owners it is the family marque. We regularly work on the Giulietta (a historic model still on the road in volume), the Giulia, the Stelvio, the Tonale (including the PHEV Q4) and the new Junior (including the electric version). Audi

At our Mazzo di Rho workshop we regularly service Audi A1, A3, A4, A6, Q2, Q3, Q5 and Q7 cars, in TFSI petrol, TDI diesel and PHEV (e-tron) versions. Modern Audis share the MQB and MLB Evo platforms with the rest of the VAG group, and diagnostics require ODIS-compatible protocols to handle the various ECUs. BMW

We work on BMW 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Series and on the X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5 — TwinPower Turbo petrol, TwinPower Turbo diesel and iPerformance hybrids. The most demanding BMW feature in the workshop is Condition Based Service (CBS): there are no fixed-kilometre intervals, but rather a network of sensors that monitor oil, brakes, filters and pads and signal the next service through iDrive. Reading and resetting CBS correctly requires compatible diagnostic equipment. Citroën

In Italy, Citroën has earned its following on the back of ride comfort, the brand's signature soft suspension (today the Progressive Hydraulic Cushions) and distinctive styling. Dacia

Dacia won over Italian drivers with a simple idea: Renault mechanicals at a lower price. The Sandero and Duster are among the best-selling models in Europe, and in the workshop they behave like a stripped-down Renault — minimal high-end electronics, robust TCe 90/100 engines, some of the lowest running costs in the market and long parts availability. FIAT is the most common badge on Italian roads: the Panda, 500, Tipo, Doblò and Ducato are everywhere, and every Italian workshop sees dozens of them each month. We cover the full range with specific experience on the historic FIRE engines, the FCA-era MultiAir and MultiJet, the TwinAir 0.9 two-cylinder of the 500 family and — on the 500 La Prima and Red EV — the new Stellantis CMP base. Ford

Ford's Italian range revolves around the Fiesta, Focus, Puma, Kuga and the Transit, Connect and Custom commercial vehicles. In recent years the line-up has shifted toward mild-hybrid (MHEV) versions of the 1.0 EcoBoost and the full-hybrid (FHEV) Kuga. Hyundai has climbed steadily up Italian buyers' shortlists thanks to its 5-year manufacturer's warranty (longer than the EU standard) and a mature hybrid and electric range. We regularly work on the Tucson (the brand's best-seller), the i20, the Bayon, the Kona, and on the IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6. Jeep

Jeep is a special brand for owners who want a SUV with genuine 4x4 credentials. We regularly work on the Renegade, the Compass, the Avenger (including the electric version) and — less often but always part of the mix — on the Wrangler and the Grand Cherokee. The post-2018 range shares a lot of mechanical content with other Stellantis brands (the Renegade with the 500X, the Compass base with the Tonale), which keeps parts availability healthy. Kia shares most of its mechanical content with sister brand Hyundai and follows the same engineering philosophy: high reliability, low running costs and a long manufacturer's warranty (7 years / 150,000 km on Kia, against the standard 5 years on Hyundai). Mercedes-Benz

We work on Mercedes-Benz A, B, C, E and S-Class cars and on the GLA, GLB, GLC and GLE SUVs, as well as the Vito and Sprinter commercial vehicles (up to 3.5 tonnes). Mercedes-Benz manages service intervals through ASSYST PLUS: a network of sensors monitors oil quality, mileage and usage profile, and then determines whether the next service is the lighter Service A or the more comprehensive Service B. Reading ASSYST and resetting it correctly requires XENTRY-compatible diagnostic equipment. MINI

MINI has been part of the BMW group since 2000, and that shows on the technical side: BMW engines (the B38 / B48, shared with the 1 Series, X1 and X2), a BMW chassis (the UKL1 / UKL2 platform) and BMW electronics with iDrive and Condition Based Service. Nissan

Nissan has sold more than a million Qashqai units in Italy since the model first appeared: for many Italians, Nissan equals Qashqai. We work across the range — Juke, Qashqai (including e-Power), X-Trail (including e-Power), Micra and the EV pioneer Leaf. The e-Power technology is unusual: an electric motor drives the wheels while the combustion engine operates purely as a generator. It requires diagnostic logic that differs from conventional hybrids. Opel

Since 2017 Opel has been part first of the PSA group and then of Stellantis, and that transition has had a real impact on maintenance: post-2017 Opel models share the PureTech and BlueHDi engines and the CMP / EMP2 platforms with Peugeot, Citroën and DS. On older-generation Opels (Astra J, Insignia A, Zafira C) the underlying architecture is still General Motors. We work on both generations with compatible diagnostic equipment. Peugeot is one of the most widespread French brands in Italy, with a line-up that spans the 208 city car, the 3008 and 5008 SUVs and the electric e-208 and e-2008. Our workshop regularly handles the full range, with specific experience on the turbo PureTech (petrol) and BlueHDi (diesel) engines, on the Aisin e-AT8 eight-speed automatic and on the digital i-Cockpit (small steering wheel plus raised instrument cluster), which calls for compatible diagnostic equipment after work on ADAS sensors. Renault is one of the most familiar brands in Italian households, particularly through the Clio, Captur and Mégane. In recent years the line-up has tilted strongly towards the E-Tech full hybrids, a hybrid technology featuring twin electric motors and a multimode transmission that calls for specific (CLIP-compatible) diagnostic equipment. Škoda is the Volkswagen group brand that best blends robustness, interior space and accessible pricing. The mechanicals are VW (TSI and TDI engines, MQB and MEB electric platforms), but with a distinctive Škoda identity built around practical detail ("Simply Clever": the ice-scraper inside the fuel-cap, the umbrella stowed in the door, the shopping bag hook). We work on the Octavia (the brand's historic best-seller), the Fabia, the Kamiq, the Karoq, the Kodiaq and the electric Enyaq. Toyota

Toyotas are among the most common cars in our customer base, and they share a feature that makes them special to handle in the workshop: the full-hybrid Hybrid Synergy Drive (HSD) system with a NiMH HV battery and an electric coolant pump. At our Mazzo di Rho site we work across the full range — Yaris, Aygo, Corolla, C-HR, RAV4, Highlander and Prius — both hybrid and non-hybrid, keeping the service intervals set by Toyota (extended oil drain intervals of 15,000-30,000 km depending on the model) and running HV battery diagnostics with Techstream-compatible equipment. Volkswagen is the most heavily represented brand in our workshop after FIAT. We cover the Polo, Golf, Tiguan, T-Cross, T-Roc, Passat and Touareg, plus the Caddy, Transporter and Crafter commercial vehicles (up to 3.5 tonnes). The modern VW range is built around the MQB (compact and mid-size) and MLB Evo (top) platforms, with TSI petrol and TDI diesel engines, manual transmissions and the DSG dual-clutch gearbox. Volvo

Volvo is the safety brand by definition. Since 2010 it has been part of China's Geely group, but the engineering choices stay loyal to the Swedish philosophy: rigid bodyshell, three-point seatbelts (a 1959 Volvo invention) and an always-complete ADAS package (City Safety as standard, Pilot Assist at Level 2).
